Audiology — Accessibility

Sign language interpreter at RobertÒptic.

We believe that caring for hearing and vision also means caring for communication. That's why we offer a sign language interpreter service (LSE, Spanish Sign Language): so that every Deaf person receives the same care, with the same calm, as any other patient.

Our commitment

Accessibility isn't an extra.

Why we do it

Accessibility shouldn't come down to luck. We want a visit to your optician or hearing centre never to be an added hurdle.

How it works

Let us know when you book your appointment and we'll arrange for the interpreter to be there. [ Pending: service details — in person / arranged / hours ]

What it offers the Deaf community

Clear information about your tests, your hearing aids and your health, communicated in your language.
